Refunds & Returns
1. Online Product Returns (WooCommerce)
We provide a 14-day return window for products purchased through our online shop.
Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Hygiene & Safety (Strict Policy): We maintain a strict no-returns policy on all opened products.
Barbering Cosmetics: For health and hygiene reasons, hair products, beard oils, and grooming cosmetics cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Automotive Chemicals: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on chemical items—such as Iron Remover GEL, Wheel Wax, or Tire Dressing Shine—once the factory seal is compromised.
Hardware & Accessories: Professional tools including the Work Bag, Work Bottles, or Canyon Triggers may be returned within 14 days provided they show no signs of use.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives in a condition that is not up to our standard, we will rectify it immediately.
Reporting Window: You must notify us of any damaged or defective goods within 24 hours of receipt.
Evidence Required: Please submit photographic evidence of the damage via the contact methods on our website.
Resolution: Verified defects will be eligible for a full replacement or a refund.
3. Service Refunds (Barber & Car Wash)
Because our services involve dedicated professional time and bay space, the following rules apply:
Official Request Channel: We do not process refund requests via telephone, WhatsApp, or social media comments.
Dedicated Forms: All service-related refund claims must be submitted through our dedicated refund forms located on our Barber and Car Wash contact pages respectively.
Cancellation Notice: We require 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any barbering or detailing appointment.
Booking Confirmation: Barber appointments must be confirmed via the App 24 hours prior; failure to confirm may result in the slot being released to ensure our barbers remain productive.
4. Processing Your Refund
Approved Refunds: Once your return or claim is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
