Welcome to taspiru.com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing products, booking barber appointments, or scheduling car wash services.

By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms apply to all transactions and services provided by Ta’ Spiru across our locations in Naxxar, Pama, San Gwann, and Fgura.


1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Dual-Service Platform This website operates as a unified platform for two distinct service branches:

  • Ta’ Spiru Barber: Professional grooming services across four locations, managed via the Ta’ Spiru Barber App.

  • Ta’ Spiru Car Wash & Detailing: Professional automotive care services (booked via WhatsApp) and the sale of premium car care and barbering products (WooCommerce).

1.2. Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.


2. PURCHASING PRODUCTS (WOOCOMMERCE)

Applies to all barbering cosmetics, car care chemicals, and detailing tools sold via our online store.

2.1. Product Range We provide professional-grade equipment including GOOD STUFF chemicals, WORK STUFF accessories, and premium barbering products.

2.2. Delivery (Malta) We ship strictly to Malta. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

2.3. Returns & Hygiene (Strict Policy) Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict hygiene and safety policy.

  • Right of Withdrawal: You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are sealed, unopened, and in original re-sellable condition.

  • Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or had its protective seal broken. This applies to all barbering cosmetics and automotive chemicals such as Iron Remover GEL, Wheel Wax, and Tire Dressing.

2.4. Damaged Items Please inspect your package immediately. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.


3. BARBER SERVICES (APP BOOKINGS)

3.1. Confirmation Policy We require client confirmation 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.

  • App Confirmation: Clients must confirm their appointment via the Ta’ Spiru Barber App.

  • Telephone Follow-up: Should a client fail to confirm via the app, our team will attempt to contact the client by phone to verify the appointment.

3.2. Lateness If you are late, your service time may be shortened. Significant lateness may result in a cancelled appointment to protect the schedule of subsequent clients.


4. CAR WASH & DETAILING (WHATSAPP BOOKINGS)

4.1. Assessment & Quoting For specialized services—including Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, and Rims Restoration—final quotes are provided on-site only after a physical walk-around to assess the vehicle’s condition.

4.2. Liability & Safety

  • Pre-existing Damage: Ta’ Spiru is not liable for pre-existing defects (e.g., stone chips or scratches) discovered after the removal of dirt during a service.

  • Engine Bay: Clients must ensure vehicles are safe for Engine Bay Cleaning, with no non-water-resistant aftermarket electronics.


5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

5.1. Refund Process We do not accept informal refund requests. All claims must be submitted through our dedicated refund forms located on the Barber and Car Wash contact pages respectively.

5.2. Service Cancellations We request 24 hours’ notice for any service cancellation.
